It has a beautiful and bright yellow color with green reflections. On the nose it needs a little time to open up, after which aromas of white pear, fuji apple and dry herbaceous memories such as hay, spices and ripe citrus peel appear. In the mouth it is silky and harmonious, with the right point of sugar and creaminess, perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity and a delicious scent of rose and lychee.
A Riesling that gives much more than it initially shows, perfect now and for the next 8 years, served in the Chianti glass from the Vinum de Riedel series or the Riesling glass from the Veritas de Riedel series (6416/15 or 449/15, respectively). To enjoy with sushi, sashimi, spicy dishes and white meats.
