The 2021 Off the Grid Riesling is a quintessential Ovum wine. Intensley aromatic with luscious texture one might expect from a red wine. The first thing you'll notice is the deep yellow color in the glass, this comes from aging whtie wine in Acacia wood barrels.
Aromatics - ripe apricot, Eureka lemon, thyme. This wine has an unusual aroma.
