Riesling Grand Cru "Rosacker", Domaine Christophe Mittnacht 2018

The wine is still quite young and has yet to find its balance. It is a real terroir wine with nice acids and a fairly high minerality. The complex nose evokes impressions of flowers, apples and citrus fruits. The taste is characterized by a delicate freshness and nice acidity. 

The finish is long and refreshing until the very end. Let this wine mature for a while, at its best it will be between its fourth and eighth or ninth year with white meat, freshwater fish or shellfish. Serve at about 10 to 11 degrees
