This biodynamically farmed dry Riesling shows fresh aromas and flavors of lemon curd, apricot, white pepper, lemongrass and crystallized ginger. There is a laser freshness and purity to this bright and juicy wine, leading to a citrus-filled, saline finish.
Pairs well with Seafood, shellfish, fish (raw, steamed or grilled), snails, grilled poultry and fresh cheeses.
