Bright medium golden yellow color.After 10 months of aging in large wooden barrels, you get a strong, complex white wine that hits the palate quite young and unfolds its full potential with a little air in the glass. Finely spicy bouquet with lots of exotic notes. Creamy, full-bodied, elegant in a gripping way.
Great with fish fried in (a lot of) butter, with Asian dishes or with mature cheese.
