Dark ruby red, fine heart cherries on the nose, delicately underlined with dark berries, pleasant wood spice, juicy on the palate, elegant texture, emphatically mineral, good length.
Expansion Careful selection of the grapes, fermentation in a wooden fermentation stand, maceration time 14-18 days, fermentation temperature between 28-30 °C, then aged for fourteen months in small wooden barrels made of French and Austrian oak and bottle aging for a further six months.
