Deep garnet color. Black cherry fruit aromas and scented barrel spice. Rich bramble fruit on entry, medium body, integrated tannins and lively acidity, a long, opulent finish.
An old-school style, this is briary and full of zesty fruit, with aromas of bright cherry, grilled herb and fresh earth leading to smoky plum and cracked pepper flavors that linger toward ripe tannins.
