Fermentation in barrels and small concrete vats, then aged in 225 liters oak cask. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels. Organically/biodynamically farmed.
This is a field blend of roughly 90% Tempranillo; the remaining 10% are made up of Garnacha and Albillo, the latter a white grape.
