DESCRIPTION
Biodynamically-cultivated Tempranillo with trace amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate's younger vines. Fermentation takes 9 days and malolactic occurs in 80% stainless steel and 20% in barrel. Elevage for three to four months in a mix of French and American 225L barrels.
