A red wine made from a blend of local grapes: Mencía, Caiño and Espadeiro, in equal parts. Spontaneously fermented in used barrels and then aged for another year in barrel.
Bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphur. Wine made from organically or biodynamically grown grapes with minimal intervention avoiding the use of chemicals, additives and technology.
