• 100% Albariño • sourced from a 0.5-hectare parcel a stone’s throw from the Atlantic in Arra on quartz sand (nas dunas = “on the dunes”) with some schist, 70 years old • whole-cluster pressed and fermented spontaneously • no malolactic • raised for 11 months on the lees in neutral 700L French-oak barrels before bottling and an additional year in bottle before release • 120 cases produced
