Macerated on its skins for 24h and raised on its lees it offers an expressive bouquet that mixes floral impressions of hawthorn and cherry blossoms with peach, melon, fine herbs and hints of wild strawberries.

A nose that suggests some sweetness but on the contrary offers a crisp and dry palete, structured with a wet stone minerality and vivid acidity.
