The 2014 Riesling Piesporter blends the higher vineyard sites in Piesport such as Günterslay and Grafenberg, where red slate soils appear, and was picked in the middle of October. It offers a very clear and fresh, slate-like-dominated bouquet of bright and perfectly healthy fruits.
Light and juicy, this is a very delicate and fruity Riesling with beautiful roundness and finesse, and a lingering salinity in the finish. A 2014 Riesling Piesporter highlight.
