This year the Sauvignon Blanc is our first filled wine of the new vintage and presents itself with typical Sauvignon Blanc aromatics and a delicate melted texture. On full yeast until mid-February 2017 - our quality requirements and our minimalism for the residual sugar do not work differently: 0.3 grams of residual sugar have come into this vintage. And yet it has a wonderful fruit intensity: real quality does not need a sweet make-up!

The Reichsrsat von Buhl 2016 Sauvignon Blanc trocken is the first-filled wine of the new vintage of the estate Reichsrat von Buhl this year. Typical aroma of the Sauvignon with a delicate, creamy texture. On the lees until mid-February, so only with 0.3 grams of residual sugar - and yet it has a wonderful fruit intensity: ideal for light meals or for hot days.
Information about the manufactory line:
For the manufactory line, the winery Reichsrart von Buhl buys grapes from befriended winegrowers and processes them as if they were their own. After all, the name Reichsrat von Buhl also stands for uncompromising top quality in these wines. For the sake of simplicity, Buhl sells all varietal wines, including those that are partly made from their own grapes, under the manufactory label. This grants the customer the greatest possible transparency, shows respect for the work of his colleagues and is thus also declared as bottler wine according to the wine law.
