Taste Intense wine, very rich but balanced by good acidity
The first vintage of Chardonnay was in 1989. The flavor characteristics unique to olfactory assumes seal Regaleali, vinification and aging take place in French Allier oak barrels and Tronçais, but the hints of vanilla, typical of the wood, the fruit is imposed. To remember the uniqueness Chardonnay Botrytis Cinerea 1991.
