IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Wine Description:
Zinfandel and Syrah added layers of ripe strawberry and cherry with notes of pepper. Dark plum, boysenberry and blueberry aromas and flavors are complemented by intriguing toffee notes and the firm structure of Cabernet.

Description:
As any true explorer knows, inspiration comes in many forms. At Red Rock Winery, we get ours from the beauty of nature, which inspires us to create something spectacular with the tools we’ve been given. Each bottle of Red Rock is crafted as an everlasting oath—a promise—to put our all into every wine we make. These wines inspire us to never stop dreaming, to never stop climbing.

Winemaking Notes:
The grapes were harvested at night and early in the morning in order to preserve their natural fruit characteristics. After destemming, the must fermented in a combination of upright, rotary and conesweep tanks for up to six days at a maximum temperature of 88°F. The Petite Sirah lent dark fruit flavors and depth to the blend, while Zinfandel and Syrah added juicy red fruit characteristics, while Cabernet bolstered the structure and complexity in the final wine.
