• 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 22% Merlot, 17% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec & 1% Syrah • 2015 is the first vintage of Amphitheatre • Deep red clay-rich soil derived from sandstone and granite • Hand harvested in small batches • Each parcel is fermented separately with indigenous yeast in open top fermenters • Aged 19 months in seasoned French oak barriques, 20% new • Bottling is carried out by hand with no filtration • Aged for 12-24 months in bottle prior to release
