This offshoot of Castoro Cellars in Paso Robles makes a solid lineup of affordable wines. This is a fresh style of Chardonnay, offering clean melon-rind, white-peach and lime aromas. The palate is bright and tight, with lime peel, honeydew and a light touch of guava.There's a kick of acidity on the sip, where lemon-pith and ashy chalk flavors arise.
