The grand Chateau des Plassons is surrounded by 120 hectares of vineyards, together they are situated in the Bons Bois area of Cognac where the soil is not the highest category, but highly coherent. What does that mean? In their vineyard, the soil has steady characteristics, resulting in the consistent nature of their grapes.
