Blackberry, tar and violet aromas. Wet earth, too. Medium to full body with firm, racy tannins and a solid finish. A structured and very classic Rioja. Drink or hold.
The palate is juicy with red and dark fruits, spices and more chocolate. Finish is a tad short at the moment. The juice will get better over then next 5-8 years and will show that much better.
