Nuits Saint Georges Les Chaliots has a light raspberry and undergrowth-tinged bouquet. The palate has a crisp, brittle entry with chalky tannins.
There is a brightness, a little masculine with a touch of spice toward the red cherry finish.
Ruby color less intense than usual, hints of garnets. Complex nose, on small red fruit compote, light spices, and a fine woody. The palate offers a beautiful volume, a slightly marked acidity, and tannins still lacking fade. Very nice length in the mouth.
