R. Dubois & Fils Clos de Vougeot 2019

A very intense deep garnet color. The bouquet is floral. Added ripe, raspberry, and a hint of truffle. A rich and mellow mouth where elegant elegance and fullness are combined.

They are noted for their intense and extraordinary aromatic bouquet, made up of concentrated aromas of red and dark fruits (cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant), forest floor and violets and, once matured, of fur (hare belly and musk). These wines, ample, fleshy, sinewy and long-lingering on the palate, are balanced with fine and mellow tannins and a discrete acidity. The great vintages also have an impressive cellaring capacity.
