IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
The Pinot Noir grapes come from young vines of vineyards around Premeaux-Prissey, which allow the pressing of a supple, fruity and aromatic wine, which may age for about 5 years. The wine remains in the cellar for 15 months before being bottled. During this time, a second fermentation takes place (malolactic fermentation), which serves to stabilize the structure.
The wine spends between 2 and 6 months for refinement in oak barrels. The wine presents itself in a young in a beautiful purple color, which becomes ruby / orange-red with age. It offers a palette of impressive aromas, a key quality feature of a Pinot Noir. The structure, characterized by beautiful smoothness and moderate tannins allows to enjoy the wine already young without reducing the storage potential.
