Delicious with chocolate or enjoyed on its own.Portal Fine Ruby is elegant, lively and with plenty of rich young fruit. We age it for three years in large wooden vats keeping it as fresh as protected from oxidation has possible.It’s a classic combination for rich soft cheeses, chocolate and red fruits.
