DESCRIPTION

Varietal Composition: Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Barroca predominate among the traditional grape varieties of the Demarcated Region of the Douro Valley.Vineyard Location: 100% from grapes of Quinta do Noval, PinhALo.Vinification: the grapes were trodden by foot and fermented in the traditional lagares of the Quinta, where a disciplined and intense treading is fundamental for a good final result.
THE AGED TAWNIES reflect the art of oak ageing ; tawny port develops a rich creamy texture from the wood becoming more intense, golden amber in colour. Over times it takes on complex characteristics of walnuts,dried Tasting Notesfruits and spices with a long peppery finish. Classic old Tawny colour with golden highlights.This port as an elegant bouquet reminiscent of dried fruit and almonds which gives it its distinctive character. Elegant velvety and concentrated on the palate it as an attractive lingering finish. Analysis: Alcohol 20 % vol\r\nResidual Sugar 120 g/dm3\r\nTotal Acid 5,5 g/dm3\r\nPh 3,6\r\n\r\n\r\nBarrel Type: old oak barrels of 640 liters.\r\n\r\nBottling Date: Bottled according to demand.\r\n\r\nBarrel Time: The old tawnys spend their entire life in barrel until the moment of the final blend.\r\n\r\nVintages conditions: no notes available.\r\n\r\n
