Intense, vibrant colour. Notes of wild fruit, slightly spicy. Subtle, elegant start, both in aroma and mouthfeel. Excellent volume in the mouth, with a silky texture. Slight smoky notes. Very well-defined overall, a pure reflection of the terroir.

Pairs well with most fine food presentations like duck in a fruit sauce, leg of lamb persillade, osso buco, and even a simple filet mignon.
