Pusole Cannonau di Sargena Classico Sa Scala 2014

Ruby color to the eye, with clean garnet reflections to the glass. Intense olfactory outfit, with ripe black cherries, berries and mulberry blackberries that lead the way, followed by Indian spices, vanilla, cumin and boisé. The palate is full-bodied and soft, crossed by a good sapidity and supported by a balanced tannins. Excellent length.

Perfect with red meat, it is to be combined with a nice grilled pork. Beautiful story, that of Roberto Pusole.
