Elegant and reactive, the Cannonau of Pusole is a wonderful debut. It is in fact a wine of great grace, capable as very few others to fly high while maintaining the Mediterranean character that characterizes the most widespread Sardinian grape. A wine that already today, just ten months after the harvest, is very good and that, we are sure, can only continue to give great emotions with the passage of time.
Ruby red, not concentrated and alive. The nose reveals a beautiful olfactory profile marked by floral notes of geranium chasing hints of light red fruit, currants and cherries. In the background, hibiscus and pink pepper tones. In the mouth it is dry, fresh, wonderfully satisfying. A Cannonau that stands out for its elegance and balance, a taste characterized by a tangy acidity and a finish of great workmanship and persistence.

Fresh and gentle, the Cannonau di Pusole is a red wine that can accompany the most diverse preparations. From the appetizer to the second, in particular with baked meat preparations.
