This starts out sharp and slightly volatile, with fruit flavors of rhubarb and wild red berries. Fermented with a mix of wild and inoculated yeasts, it spent 11 months in one third new French oak and the rest neutral. It finishes with a hint of chocolate.Combines a silky texture with a refined structure, offering generous notes of black cherry, clove and orange peel that build toward polished tannins.
