This was on the reductive end of the spectrum but really vibrant and showing beautifully immediately from the cork being pulled. It was flinty, with nose of river stone and fine seasoning from the barrel toast. On the palate you have intense concentration with a lingering effect. But the wine is lithe with fresh squeezed lemon juice and a light oily character. s.
