Prunotto 2017 Barolo is a silky, medium-bodied Barolo made from 100% Nebbiolo wine grapes sourced from the Piedmont wine region. Lovely and easy to love with a mouthful of ripe cherry, red berry, sweet tobacco leaf, rose petals and tar notes on the palate. Very approachable now.
Barolo food pairings: tourtiere, game burgers and sausages, slow-braised beef ribs.
