Light-medium-bodied, smooth, jammy, black cherry, blueberry, raisin, and mild tannin, with light mouthfeel, fades and finishes with a pleasant mélange of dark fruit.

Aromas of dark cherry, wood smoke, strawberry preserves, dark chocolate, hoisin sauce and interesting hints of sweet caramel. Deep and tannic with prominent flavors of cherry, roasted red pepper, ripe blueberries, stewed plum, with raisins and grape jelly-like sweetness.
