A touch of crisp apple and honey, but the taste has a nice tropical profile with lemon, pineapple, guava, and maybe just a hint of passion fruit. Light minerality at the close. Dry, refreshing, and dangerously easy-drinking; Julia was very pleased with this one. 12.5% abv. A great pairing with Julia’s spicy cheez-it chickens and cilantro rice.
