• 60% Carinyena, 35% Garnacha and 5% mixed field varieties • Single-parcel bottling from the Clos del Afaitador, a steep north-facing amphiteater planted in the 1980s but later abandoned • Slate at the top of the hill, clay-limestone 80 meters below • Harvested in three passes • Destemmed, fermented spontaneously and aged one year in used barrels before bottling
