Moscato Rosa is a typical South Tyrolean grape from which a wonderful sweet wine is made, a true nectar. Moscato Rosa Praepositus Abbazia di Novacella is produced with a short maceration, vinified and aged for a few months in steel tanks, to preserve all the freshest and most typical aromas of the varietal.
A bewitching sweet wine, the nose is rich in nuances ranging from floral to fruity through notes of sweet spices. The sip is an explosion of taste and the large residual sugar is made pleasant by the marked acidity, which gives harmony.
