Poulleau Beaune Les Prévolles 2015

Notes of sandalwood and raspberry preserves introduce this fruity red. Red cherry and wild strawberry flavors are sun drenched but pristine on the palate, accented by sunny streaks of redcurrant acidity and soft, pillowy tannins. The finish lingers on hints of vanilla and smoky tea leaves.

It goes quite well with beef , veal or game dishes such as recipes for slow-cooked beef tenderloin , chicken breasts with curry and mushrooms or rabbit legs with mushrooms .
