Domaine Hervé Seguin Pouilly-Fumé 2017

This wine has extraordinary floral notes as well as aromatics of smoke, gun flint, lemon, and pink grapefruit with intense Sauvignon flavors.

On the palate it has a round mouthfeel, and ends with a beautiful long finish. Pairs well with seafood, fish with white butter sauce, and goat cheese.
