This parcel is situated at 350m altitude on white limestone soil. The wine is matured in barrels with 20% new wood each year, during 12 months.
After racking it is matured 2 months in tanks. These 40 year old vines provide a superb minerality. The wine proves to be rich and fruity thanks to its powerful and long finish.
