Pol Clement Brut Blanc de Blancs

A pale yellow robe with bright glints. Delicate aromas of fruit and white flowers, with nuances of toasted bread and dried fruit. An elegant and fresh wine with a good support of acidity. A fine bouquet with hints of apple and citrus fruit carry through to the palate and there is balanced but mouth-tingling acidity which enhances the lingering finish.

A charming, dry sparkling wine. Hints of slight hints of green apple and peach on the nose, the palate is creamy with stone fruit and apple flavours. The mousse is fine and persistent, as it should be. You dont need an occasion to enjoy sparkling wine!
