Tasting Notes
Vibrant and sophisticated red wines are medium-bodied or full-bodied wines with flavors of maturity: leather, staple, oak and herbs. These earthy aromas are intensified during the ripening and development of the wine. The tickling also brings spicy and vanilla nuances.
Vibrant and sophisticated wines taste with rustic meat dishes. They are also good cheeses and are a pleasure to enjoy. Try with these wines, for example reindeer, beef entrecôte or hard, matured cheeses like gouda, parmesan or manchego.
Red wines are at their best when they are offered a little room temperature more cool, at about 16-18 degrees. The room temperature vial cools to a suitable temperature in the refrigerator in less than half an hour.
