PJ VILLA 20 ST JOS PREF

Very dark fruit profile, intensely aromatic (violets, black fruits), deep and long.

Very much about the soft, juicy berry fruits here, very succulent, the 30% stems helps to keep it upright. Very ripe, but not flabby. Alcohol just about in check. Demi-muids of 500l, and some smaller barrels, no new oak, just recent use.
