Bright red to purple with violet hues. Nose: Dominated by aromas of red fruits like cherry, mixed with delicious floral scents of violets, on a background of oak notes like vanilla, mocha and toffee. Mouth: sweet and elegant entrance with a variety of flavors which highlights the ripe plum, chocolate and snuff. Final with hints of oak. APPELLATION: Valle de Uco VINEYARD: Bodega La Celia.
The vineyards are located in the heart of the Uco Valley, south of Tunuyán River in jurisdiction of the district of Eugenio Bustos, west of Argentina. The grounds are sandy loam, rich in limestone and with good depth, at an altitude of over 1000 meters above sea level. It has a great diversity of microclimates where are the thermal amplitudes between day and night. GRAPES: Malbec (100%). AGEING: 80% of the wine undergoes aging for 9 to 12 months in barrels used French and American oak.
