The extrapolated Pinot Nero Yarden di Yarden WinesPinot Nero Yarden from Golan has a fine ruby color that turns to garnet. It smells of raspberry, red blueberry, violet flowers, and exotic spices, all in a toasty embrace.
On the palate, it has medium structure, subtle tannins, good freshness, and delicate savoriness. Excellent with structured non-spicy Chinese cuisine, for example, lacquered Peking duck.
