• 100% Pinot Noir • Young vines, planted on chalky soils with a very pronounced slope with an elevation of 1,300 meters above sea level • Climate is mountainous with a wide diurnal range, resulting in grapes with thicker skins • 20% whole cluster, gravity flow, no pumping at any time • Following a cold maceration, fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts • After malolactic fermentation, the wine is treated with sulfites at 30 ppm, filtered and finally bottled
