• Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Clones: 115 & 777 • Sourced from Sealift, Pocket Canyon, Singh Vineyard (Sonoma Coast AVA) • Lejano is Spanish for distant or far away describes the remoteness of the Sonoma Coast • Diverse soils of sandy clay loam strewn with fossilized seashells • Planted in the late 1990s • Spontaneous fermentation on wild yeasts • 4-day cold soak • Punch-downs and pump-overs lasting 14-days • 100% free-run juice only • Aged 10 months in French oak barriques (20% new oak) • 144 cases produced • 13.6% abv
