• Practicing Sustainable • 100% Pinot Noir • Selection from 8 top Willamette Valley vineyards • 25.7% Freedom Hill, 22.2% Hyland, 19.4% Patricia Green Estate, 11.1% Coulee, 6.9% Chehalem Mountain, 5.6% Corrine, 3.5% La Belle Promenade, 0.7% Shafer • Includes vines planted in the 1970s and 1980s • Primarily Pommard and Wadensvil clones • Fermented with a mix of whole cluster and fully destemmed fruit • Native yeast fermentation • Extended cold soaks; fermented in small open-top fermenters • Aged in French oak barrels (mix of cooperages) • Bottled unfined and unfiltered • 13.5% abv
