The 2021 Pinot Noir Peters Vineyard, from 38-year-old vines, combines powerful fruit and structural elegance. It opens slowly on the nose to reveal wild berry preserves, charcuterie, black tea leaves and bergamot, with nuances of botanicals emerging as it spends time in the glass.
The light-bodied palate is velvety and fresh, and despite bursting with expressive, spicy fruit, it maintains an ethereal sense of weightlessness.
