• Certified LIVE Sustainable • 100% Pinot Noir • Marjorie Vineyard (Eola-Amity Hills AVA) • Named after founder Paul Gerrie’s mother • Marjorie Vineyard was the only existing vineyard on the property when Cristom was established • 495-620 ft. elevation • Planted in 1982, replantings in 2004 • East-southeastern aspect • Columbia River basalts including Yamhill, Saum and Witzel soil series • 48% whole cluster • 100% native yeast fermentation • 1-3-punchdowns daily in 1.5-5 ton open-top fermenters • Gently pressed in a pneumatic bladder press and moved to barrel by gravity • Aged 17 months in 36% new French oak • Unfined and unfiltered • 655 cases produced • 13.5% abv
