The Margaret River produces a distinctive and attractive Pinot Noir due to its mild ripening conditions in a cool climate. Planted at the Three Hills vineyard, hand-pruned and hand-picked at the perfect ripeness level to maintain bright fruit and great acidity.
Partial wild-yeast fermentation in barrel, then aged in Billon, Dargaed, and Jaegel oak for ten months prior to bottling.
