An unoaked Alsatian red wine made from 35 year old Pinot Noir vines planted in chalky, limestone and clay soils. The fruit was de-stemmed before pressing and fermenting with native yeasts. Fresh and vibrant with red fruits.
Pair with chicken stroganoff.
